N-doped ZnSe/CoSe2@RGO Core-Shell Heterostructure Nanocomposites with Activated Electrons for Efficient ORR Activity

摘要
There is still an extraordinary challenge to exploit cost-effective, high-reliability electrocatalysts with the dual active surfaces for electrochemical oxygen reduction. Herein, a universal preparation approach is used to synthesize reduced graphene oxide (RGO) coated ZnSe-CoSe2 (driven by MOF) core-shell heterostructure electrocatalyst (N-ZnSe/CoSe2@RGO). This complex structure will enhance excellently activated electrons, mainly due to the normalization charge of ZnSe/CoSe2 and the electron collection ability of RGO. Furthermore, thanks to the suitable combination of structures, the N-ZnSe/CoSe2@RGO displays noteworthy ORR (oxygen reduction reaction) activity with the current density (5.11 mA/cm2) and half-wave potentials (E1/2 = 0.72 V vs. RHE). Thus, it provides a reference for the development of environment-friendly electrocatalysts with abundant earth-reserves.
