摘要
The effects of ageing with and without deformation on shape memory effect and microstructures in Fe-14.8Mn-4.78-Si-7.95-Cr4.16-Ni-0.18C alloy were investigated. The shape memory effect after the ageing with deformation is much greater than that after ageing without deformation. The reason is that carbides after ageing with deformation is much smaller and lie mainly at grain boundaries. (C) 2003 Acta Materialia Inc. Published by Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
