摘要：
In recent years, with the continuous development of China's cultural and creative industries, adapting cultural and creative enterprises to the outside world has become an inevitable trend. However, because of the inherent characteristics of cultural and creative enterprises, the financing has become the issue for them. Based on the data of 2011-2015 such listed companies in China, this paper analyzes the factors influencing the choice of enterprise financing models from the aspects of firm size, financing cost, financial risk, profitability, corporate reputation and enterprise growth, and explores the financing of China's cultural and creative enterprises to improve the situation.
