摘要
China is one of the world's mineral resource-rich countries. But with the need of economic construction, mineral resources are depleted, which brings great difficulties to the economic transformation of the resource-based cities. Speeding up the construction of China's National Mine Park in resource-exhausted cities to demonstrate the mining heritage landscapes (mainly the geological heritage and the relics of the exploration, mining, dressing, smelting, processing and other activities in the process of mineral production, and historical sites of mining), to embody the historical significance of mining development, which has research value and educational functions, is conducive to the restoration and reconstruction of the ecological environment so that a specific region for the tour of people and the scientific exploration are provided, and the city's economic transformation and economic society development are push forward. In this paper, the construction of Fuxin Haizhou National Mine Park is taken as an example, presenting the important practical significance of the construction of Mine Parks.
