摘要
The tribological behaviors of sputter-deposited Pb/MoS2 film against Al balls and Cu balls under electric currents in vacuum, and the potential mechanisms of the film were investigated. When tested against Al balls, both friction coefficients and wear rates of the Pb/MoS2 film decreased when the currents were less than 0.3 A, and increased at higher electric current conditions; the main wear mechanism was the adhesive wear under electric currents. Differently, the Pb/MoS2 film showed large friction coefficients and wear rates when tested against Cu balls with the current increasing from 0 A to 0.9 A; the failure mechanism was the adhesive wear, abrasive wear and the coupling effect.
