Research on Talent Training of Sports Engineering in Wuhan

Sports engineering is a new and multi-disciplinary crossed subject of organic combination of the engineering and the sports. The Sports engineering, with the goal of making competitive sports faster, higher, stronger and improving the life quality of people in recreation and entertainment, is involved in every aspect of sports, including human anatomy, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering and other subjects, puts forward higher demand of knowledge structure of research talents of sports engineering. Though sports engineering have been growing vigorously for over ten years, the talents training of domestic and international sports engineering starts relatively late, the knowledge system has not formed unified consensus either. At present, talents training of sports engineering has mainly focused on the engineering colleges or comprehensive universities, so there are great differences in different course system of universities and colleges. The exploration of sports engineering in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education and Wuhan University of Technology for more than 20 years, have progressively shaped the discipline characteristic of the sports engineering with distinct direction and talent training system with the purpose of serving competitive sports. This paper analyzes the feature of talent training of sports engineering domestic and international, providing references for the establishment of talent training system of sports engineering in china.
