摘要
An effective content design preparation and management is necessary for the success of E-commerce Web site in terms of a successful users' interaction. The primary goals of content preparation for the website include information needed, structure and organization of information, methods for retrieval of information, and how to present the information to the user. Designing of a website on the user experience include user capabilities and limitations, user requirements, roles, and responsibilities, organizational factors, and environmental factors. Creation of highly usable navigation structure requires knowledge of the business context, provided content, and tasks and information needs of the end-user. The number of information and content searches made by the uses is found to affect the success of the website.
