摘要
This study deals with the description and characterization of two hepta-oligonucleotides (DNA and RNA) forming hairpin structures. We studied their electrochemical behavior by means of cyclic voltammetry (CV) and elimination voltammetry with linear scan (EVLS) in combination with adsorptive stripping. According to preliminary results we found differences between heptadeoxyribonucleotide and its RNA analog.
