摘要：

At present, World Cultural Heritage has aroused greater social concern in China. The author re-examined and analyzed that, as the world Cultural Heritage, a traditional community's socio-cultural changes in the context of globalization. It influenced local social structure and ethnic identity and the local culture was strengthen, reformed and developed. Something stimulated local people started to emphasize the value of the traditional culture, but it is defmitely not only traditional culture revival, there is no doubt that for local people, economic interests is one of the most important considerations. Besides, the political power's interference to the community plays a decisive role in the revaluation of local culture.
