Flexible management, brought up in terms of rigid management, is a kind of new managerial thought and management style centering on adhering to management concept of "people oriented". This essay, beginning with contents and features of flexible management, inquires into necessities and specific usage of flexible management in the operation of ideological and political education for university students.
