摘要：

"Belt and Road Initiative" strategy is an important strategic decision for China to develop the key stage to make, is Chinese version of the globalization strategy. The implementation of Chinese diplomatic strategy in the "The Belt and Road" strategy will face the challenge of globalization. These risks and challenges both from the country, but also from neighboring countries, even from at home. To avoid risks, to cope with the challenge, to carry out a comprehensive risk assessment of our foreign relations, deal with the relationship between the multiple forces, on the formation of a favorable strategic situation in our country, in order to "The Belt and Road" strategy as an opportunity to promote our country to the attitude of "going out".
