摘要
Urban pipeline system carrying natural gas is one kind of urban infrastructure which is very important to urban safety. At the same time, it is a potential hazardous source for the reason that people and properties around it are easily subject to the risk from it because of the combustible character of the medium of natural gas. Risk analysis for this system is used to prevent these undesired events and improve the safety level of the system. In this paper, pipeline failure probability, failure consequence mainly jet fire and explosion, individual risk and social risk, risk criteria and risk control measures were analyzed respectively, these research can offer some useful suggestions to pipeline risk mitigation and pipeline accidents' rescue and evacuation.
