Arthroscopic management of lateral epicondylitis is a commonly performed procedure that has a good track record of efficacy and safety based on the current literature. Here, we report 2 cases of nerve injuries resulting from this operation: 1 posterior interosseous nerve transection and 1 partial median nerve laceration. (J Hand Surg 2012;37A:1208-1210.
