摘要：
A self-sustaining mechanism for perpetuation of immunological memory is proposed which requires the involvement of idiotypic-antiidiotypic antibody immune-complexes, antigen-presenting cells and follicular dendritic cells, but not long-lived memory cells or persisting antigens.
