摘要
This paper aims to explore how firms leverage relational embeddeness to enhance their technological innovation in the context of global manufacturing. This paper examines the mechanism of relational embeddedness' influences on technological innovation performance through two case studies of Chinese manufacturing firms. Based on the analysis and comparison of the two cases, this paper puts forward a conceptual framework: relational embeddedness, including trust, information sharing and problem solving, has positive effects on a firm's explorative learning, which results in the improvement of its technological innovation performance.
