Considering the present scientific and professional interests of Health Psychology, this paper aims at comprehending the coping strategies adopted by patient and their families/caregivers during participation in a rehabilitation program. The sample included six patient/family dyads. Participants were assessed before entrance and at the end of the program, through of The Ways of Coping Checklist- Revised and a semi-structured interview.
