Grant writing and funding resources for research in geriatric rehabilitation

Clinical research in geriatric rehabilitation that seeks to improve health and quality of life of older adults is a priority for many private foundations and government agencies. Understanding the components of a competitive grant proposal, a strategy to identify the most appropriate source of funding, and knowledge of the grant review and resubmission process will assist clinicians interested in pursuing clinical research in preparing a successful grant application.
