摘要：

Near InfraRed (NIR) spectroscopy offers many application possibilities in the pharmaceutical industry. Due to rugged NIR spectrophotometers and little sample preparation, analysis can be transferred to the place where it is needed: the production site. This paper introduces instrumentation and main topics of calibration methods illustrated by selected application examples of quantitative and qualitative analysis.
