摘要
Smart-sensor technology enables broad range of ubiquitous computing applications. The smart sensors are small wireless computing devices which have potential to sense information such as light and humidity at high resolution. Smart sensor query-processing architecture uses database technology which manages data collection and processing details. The evaluation of queries containing predicates over temperature is also performed which is an energy-saving alternative. The declarative queries provide an easy-to-interface and energy-efficient execution substrate.
