Globalization of economic and financial flows in national economies

Subject of the paper is discovering the possibilitie and mechanisms of action of economic and financial developments globalization in national economies. Focus of the attention is on measures and instruments stimulating the economic growth, investments and savings within the national economies. Special consideration is given to the functional relations, globalization development aspects, economic and financial developments. Analyzed in the paper are the developmental aspects of globalization, i.e. globalization contribution to the economic and overall development of national economies. Analyzed are the views of globalization advocates and opponents, as well as their recommendations for generating and dynamic power giving to the economic development at national (state) levels. The main result of the research is referred to defining the position and possibilities of national governments in creation of market, politics, local economy protection, strengthening of its competitive position with regard to correlation of forces at global market and standpoints of dominant theoretic schools.
