摘要
This study was designed to evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation of prebiotic and peptide on growth performance and blood parameters in suckling Zell lambs. Seventy-two male suckling Zell lambs 10 days old (4.2 +/- 0.43 kg) were used in a factorial design with 6 treatments including 3 levels of prebiotic supplement (0,0 1.5 and 3.0 g) and 2 levels of peptide supplement (0.0 and 2.0 g). The experiment lasted for 70 days. The results of feed intake and daily weight gain of experimental lambs showed a significant difference between experimental treatments (P < 0.05). The results of FCR were not significantly different between the treatments. Blood parameters in experimental lambs at the end of day 35 showed significant differences in the interactions of peptide and prebiotic in glucose, triglyceride, VLDL, BUN, total protein, albumin, globulin and IgG (P < 0.05). At the end of day 70, there were significant differences between peptide and prebiotic interactions in glucose, cholesterol, HDL, BUN, total protein, globulin and IgG parameters (P < 0.05). The results of the current study demonstrate that 1.5 g prebiotic and 2.0 g of peptide supplement significantly feed intake and daily weight gain. In addition, the use of 1.5 prebiotic supplements improves immune function, especially an elevation in serum IgG.
