摘要
On this communication is presented the example comparative among three completion rates for open and massive online learning environments, the classic model, the effective model and the effectual model. First It takes into account the de facto models used by online schools and training institutions for paying their employees. A MOOC users taxonomy are shown and one is developed as an example employee counter-model for better employment conditions. This model is used to demonstrate that the classic MOOC completion rate is a poor adaptation to the virtual world from the real one, and that the MOOCs completion rates can be better just by applying the right online conceptualization for MOOC technological mediation. The results of this pilot study have indicated in its early stages, that the effective completion rate could be about 7 times higher than the quantified by the classical model.
