摘要
The photodegradation of lead iodide (PbI2) scaffolds methylammonium lead iodide (CH3NH3PbI3, MAPI) perovskite under concentrated sunlight was investigated with absorbance, photoluminescence (PL), and conducting atomic force microscopy (CAFM) techniques. At the nanoscale, the CAFM technique provides direct evidence of change in the electrical properties of the materials. These measurements show direct evidence of photodegradation of MAPI perovskite. Direct measurements of photocurrent have been investigated at the nanoscale in the fresh and exposed area of the films. We also investigated the stability of MAPI cells under concentrated sunlight.
