摘要
A new method of on-line intelligent identification of grinding burns and wheel wear is studied on the basis of the Rough Sets Theory. The grinding chips flow thermal signal is used as the original signal source for analysis, and the Rough Sets Theory is applied to acquire rules and finally to realize intelligent identification in grinding process. The experiment result shows that the new method is available.
