摘要
A questionnaire survey was made on actual states of paramedical work in the field of clinical psychology, and its staff, and the training of staff. This survey was performed with 233 rehabilitation facilities in Japan. In 27% of these facilities, the paramedical staff related to clinical psychology was actually engaged in rehabilitation service, whereas clinico-psychological staff was wanted in 86% of facilities since they had none. This indicated that the need for clinico-psychological staff is very high in the field of rehabilitation service. In the field of rehabilitation, satisfactory service would be obtained by assigning at least one clinico-psychological staff in each care team. Therefore, it seemed that some training courses for rehabilitation service such as an introduction to rehabilitation and rehabilitation medicine should be included in the curriculum to cultivate the clinico-psychological worker.
