摘要：

Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformations (CCAM) are the most common type of congenital parenchymal lung malformations in neonates as well as in children; presenting with sudden onset of respiratory distress, recurrent pulmonary infections, pneumothorax or haemoptysis. However they can be asymptomatic too.Here we are reporting a case of spontaneous pneumothorax occurring in a female toddler and challenges in its management.
