摘要
The aim of spinal cord injury rehabilitation is to increase the indepen-dent ability of patients, so that patients can return to society and live a creative life. Regaining independence living is the primary goal of rehabilitation. Rehabi-litation of patients with spinal cord injury is a long and lengthy process, which needs comprehensive dimensions support from medical workers, family mem-bers, and social support. At present, medical institutions and researchers mainly focus on the level of physical recovery and the treatment of complications in patients with spinal cord injury and pay less attention to social factors during the rehabilitation treatment of patients. Therefore, we collected data on patients with spinal cord injury, who hospitalized in the Rehabilitation Department of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital. And this paper uses a regression model to comprehensively analyze social and non-social factors that affect the rehabilitation after spinal cord injury, such as International Standards for Neurological Classifica-tion of Spinal Cord Injury from American Spinal Cord Injury Association, medical insurance, patient caregiver status, and so on. Moreover, systematic rehabilitation evaluation is carried out, and rehabilitation nursing goals are formulated to achieve precise rehabilitation. It promotes the self-care ability of patients with spinal cord injury, and makes patients integrate into the society as much as possible.
