摘要
This study uses structural equation modeling to empirically analyze that weather or not organizational justice helps reduce the level of organizational cynicism among the employees by psychologically empowering them. The results from a sample of 206 employees from higher education institutes and banking sector of Pakistan showed that psychological empowerment fully mediates the negative relationship between organizational justice and employee cynicism. Practical implications of the research are discussed.
