摘要
The Joint German Occupational Health and Safety Strategy (GDA) group has proposed a set of psychological stress factors that should be accounted for in occupational risk assessments. This article presents the Questionnaire for Psychosocial Risk Assessment at Work that aims to measure reliably and validly the psychological stress factors proposed by the GDA. The questionnaire consists of 19 short scales and an index of 10 physical stressors. It was tested in three studies with a total sample of 1,203 employees with different occupations. The results of item and scale analyses confirmed the measurement quality of the developed scales. The results of correlation and regression analyses to test for content, criterion, and incremental validity indicated that the newly developed questionnaire can validly measure the proposed psychological stress factors. Furthermore. the results of the data collection in two companies confirmed the practical potential of the questionnaire and the option to aggregate the individual values within organizational units. The questionnaire was shown to be well-suited to assess the stress factors recommended by the GDA in the context of occupational risk assessments.
