摘要
The article examines the main criteria of the digital economy. The digital economy generates new effects associated with the transformation of economic relations, which is of an informational nature. In other words, the number of behavior models based on data is growing, which, often, do not meet the qualitative requirements of completeness, reliability, relevance. Transformation allows to realize the goal related to business improvement. Setting such goals is a difficult task, requiring managers to have a deep understanding of the business and directions of the industry development.
