摘要
A study has been made of total and exchangeable Pb, Cd, Ni, and Zn in meadow-chernozemic allotment soils 200-1300 m from a battery plant. The technogenic accumulation of heavy metals and their contamination levels in the soil were evaluated. It was found that Pb, Cd, Ni, and Zn penetrated to a depth of more than 1 m in the highly contaminated soils. The relative mobility of Ph, Cd, and Zn increased with their total content. The Pb mobility decreased when the humus content of soil increased. The contamination of carrots and beet roots grown on the allotment soils contaminated by heavy metals has been studied.
