摘要
The main objective of this study is to optimize the mass ratio and the driving waveform of an impact drive mechanism (IDM). The method based on real-coded genetic algorithm (RGA) has the advantages to optimize the parameters of the IDM model even if it owns both the hysteretic phenomenon and nonlinear frictional effects. Furthermore, the method is calculated by real codes without the operations of encoding and decoding, and promotes the calculation efficiency very much. The maximum amplitude of the main body and the optimal waveform of the applied voltage compared with the triangular waveform are obtained. Finally, the dynamic responses due to the optimal waveform and the triangular waveform are compared. (c) 2005 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
