摘要：

With the development of globalization, it has been very important to cultivate the ability of intercultural communicative competence in colleges and universities. Intercultural communication is a kind of comprehensive ability. Based on the connotation of intercultural communicative competence, this paper tries to analyze the specific path of constructing intercultural communicative competence framework in foreign language teaching.
