Determination of quercetin, luteolin, kaempferol and isoquercitrin in stamen nelumbinis by capillary zone electrophoresis-ultraviolet detection

摘要
The determination of quercetin, luteolin, kaempferol and isoquercitrin in the Chinese herbal -stamen nelumbinis by capillary zone electrophoresis ( CZE) with ultraviolet detection( UV) is reported. The analytical conditions were optimized through investigation of the effects of buffer pH, buffer concentration and applied voltage. The optimized conditions are as following: 40 mmol/L Na2B4O7 solution (pH = 9. 0), working voltage of 16 kV and detection wavelength of 254 urn, the detection limits were 5.0, 6.7, 4.5 and 6.0 mg/L, respectively. These four analytes can be well-separated in 10 min.
