摘要
As product complexity and market competition have dramatically increased, firms find it important to gain competitive advantages in terms of their product development processes. It becomes especially important to make the optimal investments of product development, in order to select appropriate product development strategies. In this paper, we propose a means of optimising the product development plan using product development net revenues obtained from R&D investments. The optimization mechanism of this product development model is provided. Finally, our model is used in a case, to show its application in product development decision-making.
