This conference report presents a compilation of some of the latest results on the Exotics searches in ATLAS. We present the results based on first data collected with the ATLAS detector at a center-of-mass energy of 7 TeV produced by the LHC, and discuss current sensitivities and future prospects. We summarize the analysis of the monojet and interpret the results in the context of large extra dimension models. We also summarize the analysis of the dijet angular distributions and invariant mass. Studies of high energy leptons and photons at the Large Hadron Collider is one of the most direct and sensitive ways to search for new physics phenomena. The results are interpreted in terms of limits on the heavy gauge bosons and the Rundall Sundrum graviton. We summarize the analysis of top and top-like final states in pp collision data recorded with the ATLAS detector. The data are confronted with Standard Model predictions with the goal of searching for new phenomena: new resonances, contact interactions and gravitationally mediated effects in large extra dimensions.
