User acceptance: An appraisal model research on e-government services

摘要：
After having studied the characteristics of several famous international appraisal models of e-government and characteristics of e-government application in China, this paper shows that the e-government evaluation in China shall be focused on the affecting factors which influence user acceptance and the use of e-government services. Based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and other relative researches, this paper further presents an appraisal factors model, appraisal factors index and appraisal formula tailored to Chinese e-government application. Hopefully the paper could bring up more ideas about e-government application appraisal in China.
