摘要
Based on the positive organizational behavior, this study discusses the influence of the authentic leadership' mechanism on employees' job involvement, especially the mediating role of psychological capital. 229 pieces of questionnaire show that: authentic leadership and employees' job involvement have a positive relationship; authentic leadership can improve employees' psychological capital; employees' psychological capital has a positive effect on their job involvement and plays an intermediary role in the authentic leadership and job involvement.
