摘要
We present the case of a two-week-old infant with congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) and PallisterKillian mosaic syndrome (PKS) for CDH repair. We discuss the pathophysiologic findings of both conditions and the resulting anesthetic challenges from their interplay.
