摘要
For the complex terrain environment and atrocious weather conditions of the plateau airport, a decision model framework for the dispatchers was proposed based on fuzzy theory which reaches the purpose of assisting decision-making in airline's operation. Firstly, the indexes system for dispatching plateau airlines was established, and then, the importance of the indexes was determined with the AHP. Finally, the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluating was set up. The result of this paper is the probability of the flight landing. Therefore, it can assist the dispatchers to make the correct decision. An example of plateau airport was taken to verify the rationality of this model, the results of the experiment verified that this method was effective.
