摘要
A microwave one-step flash synthesis of tin dioxide colloidal suspensions from aqueous solutions of tin chloride in the presence of hydrochloric acid was reported. An original microwave reactor was designed specifically for the purpose. Compared to sol-gel process and thermohydrolysis, flash synthesis was rapid, environment friendly and needed no organic solvents.
