摘要
This paper analyzed the inherent relationship between cultural strategy and the business performance, gave the cultural status quo of the small and medium-sized enterprise by means of survey, outlined strategic missing factors when firms make operation strategy, discussed corporate culture building and cultural atmosphere forming from strategies point of view in the small and medium-sized tech firms.
