摘要
This paper will describe how a small manufacturing enterprise (SME) without any previous experience of advanced manufacturing techniques, gained a major commercial advantage in the redesign of its primary product, Combining the strengths of computer aided design and rapid prototyping, delivered to the company technical and manufacturing benefits and cost reduction allied to high confidence in making capital expenditure.
