摘要：

people often care more for female career development in sociological aspects such as traditional value perspective, custom and sex than women's choice behavior of career development which affected by the uncertainty with the development of society and economy. This paper analyzed the problems in female career development through a new angle of behavior economics, and issued some notions for the optimization of female occupation decision.
