摘要
The electronic structure of ordered NiAl(110) surface has been calculated using the recursion method. The density of states and the interatomic energy have been presented. On the basis of these results, the rippled relaxation for the (110) surface of the alloy is discussed. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
