摘要
In this paper, with the ANSYS, stress distribution of pump diesel engine connecting rod were analyzed by using 3D finite element method. The results show that the oil-hole of small end of connecting rod shank is the exposed destructive positions at maximum compression condition and maximum stretch condition. Maximum stress value is 371 MPa at maximum compression condition. Maximum deformation value is 0.149mm. Maximum stress value is 69.4MPa at maximum stretch condition. Maximum deformation value is 0.0168mm.
