摘要
A series of Cu-SAPO-34 zeolites with different Cu contents were prepared by one-pot synthesis method. The NH3-SCR performance and the oxidation of elemental mercury (Hg-0) efficiency over the Cu-SAPO-34 samples were tested respectively. With the increase of Cu loadings, the amount of Cu2+ and CuO were both increased, wherein the former promoted SCR reaction and the latter accelerated the Hg-0 oxidation. What's more, the ratio of Cu2+/CuO was also increased. The NO conversion rate and Hg-0 removal efficiency could be over 80% on the high Cu catalyst at 150-300 degrees C.
