摘要：

Taking the land zoning management as the starting point, this paper analyzes the predicament in the process of university management with investigation and statistical analysis method, then, the framework of campus inner region setting and the organizational framework design are built and the implementation procedures are also given. The way of achieving "removing administration" is designed from another point, which has greater meaning in concentrating efforts on improving education.
