摘要
Multiband pyrometer MBP 98A developed for non-contact temperature measurement of objects with unknown wavelength depended emissivity is presented in this paper. The pyrometer was designed using single PbS detector of spectral band 1-2.5 mu m and 6 narrow-band optical filters. It enables temperature measurement of objects of temperature within range 500 degrees C-1200 degrees C with speed of 75 Hz. High measurement frequency allows the users to test fast thermal phenomena. Small, comparing to typical pyrometers, field of view gives opportunity to measure temperature of small details. Generally the obtained parameters enable precise temperature measurement of the objects with small angular dimensions in areal time. It can be used for control of various industrial-technological processes, in research works, as well as for control of classic singleband pyrometers.
