摘要
(Chemical Equation Presented) A windmill-like trititanium cluster with side-on-bonded CO ligands (see picture), which may have antiaromatic character, was revealed by FTIR spectroscopy and DFT calculations. It is generated, along with other side-on-bonded mono- and polycarbonyl di- and trititanium clusters, in the reaction of laser-ablated Ti atoms with CO in a solid argon matrix. © 2005 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
